Paulie Hedron and The Platonics

This is a "game seed" for stage 1 of the Refraction Jam, it's a starting point that someone could expand into a full tabletop RPG, but it's not a full game itself, more like a bundle of inspiration for a game designer.

A player plays as if they're making a reaction video to a fondly-remembered cartoon that they're watching but that nobody else seems to recall seeing. The cartoon is "Paulie Hedron and the Platonics", about a rock band that tours the galaxy and gets mixed up in wacky sci-fi situations.
